There is no shame in depression
nor in tears
or in anxiety
or in tachypsychia
or in pain
or in hopelessness
or in sadness
or in loneliness
or in wrongly believing that death could fix it all.
There is no shame in being different
nor in feeling too much
or in missing
or in being left behind
or in crying so much, your skin burns.
There is no shame in the tiredness of others,
however, there should be shame in apathy
and in arrogance
and in cruelty
and in stigma
and in the dumb ignorant prevailing believe that a depressed person is depressed by choice.
